Job Description
Responsibilities
- Drive the overall business development and strategy of a district with around 20 branches to achieve the designated business targets through active formulation and implementation of business plans
- Supervise the overall operation of the branches to ensure efficient and effective delivery of KPIs
- Monitor the services quality and seek any opportunities for ongoing improvement
- Ensure full compliance with the Bank's policies, related banking ordinances, and other regulatory requirements
Requirements
- University graduate
- Min. 15 years of solid district management experience
- Familiar with retail banking and branch management
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal & leadership skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
