Responsibilities
Requirements
- Be a team member of Lending Operations Department
- Control and monitor the operations of card servicing and related activities
- Coordinate with service provider regarding stock inventory and reconciliation
- Review transactions, maintenance, reports and other outputs as Checker and follows up the irregularity
- Handle customer request, ensure the fulfillment of the service pledge
- Handle general enquiries from internal & external customers
Requirements
- University graduate, preferably major in business, finance; OR
- Preferable over 3 years of experience in banking sector cover the following:
- At least 1-2 years’ relevant working experience in retail lending operations at supervisory level
- Possess general banking experiences with job knowledge in retail lending operations, including card, consumer and mortgage loan
- Able to work under high pressure and complete the assigned tasks within the schedules
- Independent, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Possess strong risk awareness
- Thorough MS Office knowledge and with a logical and analytical sense of mind
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua proficiency is an advantage
