Job Responsibilities:

(1)    Client Service

• Ensure administration of claim is correct, acting as intermediary between client and insurer.
• Provide a prompt response to client enquiries.
• Inform the client of the progress of their claim.

• Record data accurately.
• Provide insurers with all documentation and information necessary for the settlement of claims.
• Ensure that client produces all relevant information and paperwork
• Monitor and manage progress of all claims to settlement.

(3)    Administration

• Upon request, arrange up to date claims experience for renewal and claims meetings with clients.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above preferred
• Insurance qualification is an advantage
• 3 years of working experience in general insurance industry
• Well organized with good communication skills
• Self-motivated and can work under minimum supervision
• Good problem solving skills
• Able to communicate effectively both verbal and written in English and Cantonese
• Advanced user of MS Office as well as Chinese word processing
