Responsibilities:

• Provide professional hotline services and promote loan products proactively via different channels
• Promote card, personal loan products including insurance products to customers and achieve the sales target for the department
• Respond to customers enquiries and drive for better customer experience
• Engage in team productivity and identify and areas of improvement for work efficiency
• Corporate with different departments to ensure smooth implementation of projects
• Ensure the process complies with internal control standards and group compliance policy and other third party regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• 3 years of working experience in Retail Banking, Call Centre, Telemarketing Business
• Diploma or Degree Holder; Form 5 and DSE Graduates with relevant working experience will be considered
• Willing to work in shifts and flexible hours
• Proficient in Cantonese and English. Fluency in Mandarin is a plus
• Outgoing and willing to deliver dedicated service to customer for high quality experience
