Job Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Assist relationship managers in building and strengthening the relationships with various financial institutions to achieve business goals and sales targets
2. Perform customer due diligence on new/ existing customers and conduct periodic KYC review of existing customers
3. Respond to clients’ enquires and prepare transaction reports as required
4. Conduct various analyses and regular reports for management information
5. Handle ad-hoc projects and conduct any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

1. University graduate with major in Business/ Economics or related subjects
2. Around 2-3 years’ relevant experience gained from corporate banking environment, previous experience in KYC would be an advantage. Fresh graduate with good potential is also welcomed
3. In-depth knowledge in customer due diligence, KYC, and documentation review is preferred
4. Possess good knowledge in regulatory requirements and current financial market practices
5. Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin; knowledge in Japanese is preferred
6. Analytical, independent with good communication and interpersonal skills
7. Able to work in a fast-paced and vibrant environment
8. Proficient in MS Word and Excel

Candidate with less experience will be considered for the Officer position.
