Job Description
A foreign investment bank is seeking a change project manager for their front-to-back operations in global markets business.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the business & support partners with responsibility for prioritizing, sponsoring, and implementing multiple and varied change initiatives driven by business, legal, regulatory, compliance or market requirements.
- improve the client experience, support revenue growth, reduce operating costs, improve processing efficiency/control and support the delivery of new products and services.
- Carry through project life cycle, such as production of a business case and requirements or co-ordination of user acceptance testing
- works closely with the Global Markets Operations functions, as well as other stakeholders including the Front Office, Technology, Finance, Tax and Treasury
- define and build out solutions for the post implementation gaps including coordination of SIAIs, tail risk co-ordination and delivery.
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree holder or above.
- Sound project management / business analysis experience in investment bank or other FSI.
- Basic knowledge in regulation such as MIFID II, EMIR, CFTC, SFTR.
- Good product knowledge in global markets
- Proactiveness in stakeholder engagement.
