 Our Asia Finance Department in Hong Kong is looking for a highly motivated Assistant Finance Manager/Senior Financial analyst/Financial Analyst- Asia (under FP&A team)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Rolling Forecast, Budget and Regular reports (e.g. KPI dashboard, presentation ppt etc)
  • Support the consolidation process and maintain the well-structured database in order to retrieve the data in an effectively and efficient way
  • Identify, investigate, and develop potential operational improvement. As appropriate, based on findings make proposal for operational changes (guideline, procedures, processes, etc.)
  • Assist in development and implementation of new procedure and tools to enhance a robust budget & forecast process.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to the local finance teams to increase efficiencies
  • Perform other ad-hoc assignments/ projects from time to time
  • To be a key knowledge resource in financial systems and best practices supporting Regional FP&A

Your ideal profile:

  • 7 years or above relevant regional experience within retail and FMCG industry. Less experience will be considered as Financial analyst
  • Sound knowledge in SAP and BW, strong reporting, dashboard and experience interpreting complex data
  • Expert level PC skills (emphasis on MS Excel incl. Pivot Table based analysis, PowerPoint) with the ability to adapt to new systems and applications quickly.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Cantonese. Mandarin preferred
  • Experience in people and project management
  • Self-motivated with positive “can do” approach and performance-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Good team lead and player who demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced setting with ability of prioritizing workload
  • Flexible and ability to handle various and unanticipated requirements from users and department heads.
  • Pro-active and attention to details.
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
