Responsibilities:

• Propose and recommend life insurance company and brokers as business partners, and to conduct due diligent on insurance product and business on a quarterly or regular basis.
• Review and monitor regularly insurance business progress, operating conditions and applicable key performance indicators of insurance brokers and insurance company.
• Conduct market research and responsible for formulating product and marketing strategies, arranging training, keeping track on insurance product sales, and optimizing product strategies.
• Responsible for arranging and executing insurance product review and approval procedure, and launching insurance products.
• Keep track of the launch of new laws and regulations promulgated by regulatory authorities. Work with the internal control team to formulate, enhance and revise insurance related operating rules and manuals in response to actual business operations for effective execution and management of insurance business and its products.
• Propose project of insurance agency business and management system, follow up the approval process and development progress, conduct system acceptance test and to ensure that the system development and maintenance can meet the business development needs.
• Responsible for reviewing and checking the insurance business account and record, and report to the regulatory authorities on a regular basis.
• Assist to follow up closely with life insurance application status and policy services.
• Other insurance administrative and management tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• At least 5 years of experience in life insurance sales, administration or business support.
• Familiar with the development and market trend of life insurance business.
• Familiar with life insurance product trend and competitive edge of best-selling products in the market.
• Good data analysis skills, clear and rigorous logic.
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English.
