Job Description
Our client, a HK listed PRC financial institute with SFC 1,2,4,5,6,9 licenses is looking for a Settlement Manager for their Brokerage Department to manage their settlement team, candidate with less experiences will be considered as Assistant Manager
Responsibilities:
- To manage a team of 3 – 4 staff, responsible for the execution of daily settlement activities of securities, futures, bonds, corporate action, IPO, placements and fund transfers.
- Monitor the settlements compliance of internal operational procedures and relevant jurisdiction
- Perform reconciliations between front office and back office system to ensure data capture accuracy and completeness
- Communicate with internal and external parties effectively.
Requirements:
- Degree holder preferred but not a must
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in the brokerage industry, candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager;
- Hands on experience in the operation of CCASS / DCASS
- Familiar with International matching and clearing platforms is preferred
- Detailed-oriented and sensitive to number
- Able to communicate in Cantonese and Putonghua
