Our client is a well-regarded bank. They are currently looking for Section Head, Telecommunications to manage SWIFT and CHATS messages in Operations Department.

Job Description 

• Lead a small team and manage transaction messages (SWIFT, CHATS, FAX) in Operations Department
• Operate telecommunication terminals and monitor RTGS/CMU account payment priority 
• Perform RMA control and operations
• Participate in system enhancement, testing plan preparation and ad-hoc projects 

Requirements  

• Bachelor's Degree is required
• 7+ years of experience in banking operations
• People management and project experience preferred
• Solid knowledge about SWIFT, CHATS and RMA
• Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
