Job Description

• Perform and check fund valuation, net asset value reconciliation, general ledger and transaction input
• Ensure stock, cash reconciliation, fees and expenses are properly accrued 
• Handle inquiries from fund managers and counterparties efficiently
• Adhere to the operating procedures and agreed services standard; comply with company and regulatory requirements
• Participate in project initiatives, business development, and fund operation-related duties
• Handle enquiries from internal and external parties
• Assist in ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree holder in Accounting or in Finance-related disciplines
• More than 2 years of experience in fund operations and fund administration is preferred
• Sound knowledge of financial products such as securities, bonds, derivatives, foreign exchange, interest rate products and swap
• Experience in business implementation (e.g. client onboarding, KYC, fund set up etc.) is preferred.
• Able to work under pressure and multitasks
• Can do and willing to learn attitude
• Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
