Our client, a financial company with lending business ( Personal loan and Mortgage) is looking for an Operation Manager to join their operation team. 

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above.
• Must have minimum 5 years of experience in lending business (banking or financial institute) with 2 years solid experience at supervisory level
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and able to cope with a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and people management skills.
• Proficiency in using POS and MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
