Key Responsibilities:

•          Plan and design all aspects of investor relations policies and objectives
•          Execute and organize corporate finance projects and IR activities, preparation of investment presentation, public announcements, press releases and annual reports
•          Conduct investor meetings, road shows, investment conference and shareholder meetings
•          Develop and manage relationships with key analysts and institutional investors
•          Advise senior management and board of directors about financial and industry trends, shareholder concerns, and competitor actions
•          Research, track, manage and summaries earnings estimates, analyst reports and compilation of analyst financial models

The ideal candidate should process the following qualities:

•          The candidate must be Hong Kong permanent resident
•          Bachelor Degree, ideally with a Professional Accounting Qualifications
•          At least 3 years solid accounting in corporate finance and investor relations in sizeable HK Listed companies
•          Hands on experience in corporate finance and IR function and presenting to fund managers, bankers and analysts
•          Confident, mature with good communication and interpersonal skills
•          Good command in spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
•          Our office is located in Shenzhen and does not provide accommodation
