Job Description
- Retain customers through convincing pitch of company’s value and perform problem solving over the phone
- Implement different campaigns/projects for retention purpose, and improve customer loyalty on customer by analyzing their behavior & practices
- Collaborate with various parties to develop customer retention solution based on customer feedback
- Analyze customer feedback and account trends to continuously improve retention, upsell and cross-sell strategy
- Consult customers to understand their needs and provide solutions for each customer, deepen customer experience by conducting enhancement
- 5 years of experience in customer servicing or RM/ARM; SME banking industry preferred;
- Good communication & upsell skills to handle difficult situations and conversations
- Sound understanding of corporate banking product & service
