Our client, subsidiary of a Hong Kong listed company with SFC license 1,4,9, is looking for a Head of Operation to join their brokerage department. Candidates with less experiences will be considered as Operation Manager.

Job Purpose

• Build and maintain effective communication with internal and external parties, such as Dealing, Compliance, Customer Services, Sales, Banks, and Dealing to provide high service level to Individual/Institutional clients
• Fully involve in the execution of the daily settlement and corporate actions activities.
• Assist in maintaining smooth running of routine functions in CCASS sections;
• Provide brokerage activities information to client & follow up with clients’ instruction;
• Assist in handling IPO applications

Requirements

• Degree holder in Finance/Business Administration or related discipline(s);
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the securities industry, responsible officer qualification is NOT a must;
• Preferably with knowledge in ETFs, Bonds and Structured Products
• Good inter-personal and communication skill;
• Detailed-oriented and sensitive to number;
• Attained all necessary regulatory criteria for carrying out brokerage activities;
• Proficient in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
• Candidates with less experiences will be considered as Operation Manager.
