Functional Management

• Handle client and branch enquiries and requests related to the probate process, namely refund of credit balances in unsecured lending products
• Responsible for follow up on deceased clients’ outstanding unsecured lending products, including credit cards, personal loans, overdrafts, and business instalment loans

Processes, Operations and Governance

• To identify and execute workflow re-engineering processes where applicable.
• Follow the departmental and team BAU to support daily activities

People & Talent

• Work with relevant teams and People Leader to build the appropriate culture and values.
• Provide training and sharing when necessary to ensure that team members are familiar with the current tasks

Governance

• Ensure all procedures and operations must be complied HK Regulatory requirement and Group Collection Process Standard
• Achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank’s Conduct Principals: Dos and Don’ts, Group Code of Conduct, Treat Customer Fairly Principal and Fraud Risk Management Framework

Job requirements

• At least 1 years of banking experience in the areas of Risk/Client Care/Collections
• Customer Facing experience is preferable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point.
• Good communication, analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to Manage multiple concurrent activities.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
