Responsibilities

• Participate in formulation and implementation of marketing promotion and campaigns (from end to end) for card acquisition to drive new card sales and portfolio growth
• Monitor card volume, early stage usage and card activation to ensure the figures are in line with budget and also provide action to drive new card sales for portfolio growth
• Liaise with merchants to provide special merchant privileges or joint promotion for card acquiring programs
• Assist to develop new card products / services / channels to enhance customer experience
• Conduct post marketing evaluation related to credit card acquisition and marketing programs and make recommendations on any necessary changes and actions
• Provide recommendations and suggestions on products or services per market trends and customer’s feedback
• Assist in raising system change request and conduct related system testing related to card acquisition
• Arrange payment and purchase order related to all marketing promotions

Requirements

• University degree holder in Business Administration, Management, Economic or related disciplines
• At least 3 years’ relevant working experience in banking and finance industry, preferably in credit card products
• Self-motivated, creative and able to work Independently and under pressure
• Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese/ English word processing
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Credit Card Officer
