• Perform daily data update of assigned funds.
• Ensure accounting books, fund portfolio reports, risk reports and other reports are well maintained, accurate and complete on a timely manner.
• Monitor day to day management of fund operations and liaising with custodians, fund administrators and related parties.
• Cooperate with other teams and team members to ensure timely resolution of requests and problems.
• Provide assistance in special projects such as new hedge fund setting up, system enhancement, etc.

• Degree holder in accounting related background is preferred.
• OFFICER: At least two years experience in handling daily settlement and clearing operations of AM.
• Manager: At least five years experience in handling daily settlement and clearing operations of AM.
• Experience in Fund Accounting is preferred.
• Experience in more than one aspect (such as Custody and Settlement or Fund Investor Services) is an advantage.
• Responsible, well organized, hardworking, self-motivated, independent, and able to work under pressure.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is a must.
• Good understanding of MS Excel & VBA will be a plus.
