JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure delivery of accurate and timely NAV reports on a daily basis.
• Perform overall fund operation functions in relation to daily trade processing, settlement cycles on a board range of product types.
• Responsible for tracking options, futures, CFD positions across multiple Prime Brokers.
• Liaise with prime broker, executing broker, custodian bank and other service providers.
• Ensure settlement runs smoothly, to rectify and resolve trade breaks.
• Reconcile internal daily investment position against Prime Broker’s records.
• Handle the subscription and redemption for FoF investments.
• Handle custodian and brokerage trading account opening.
• Knowledge in both voluntary and mandatory corporate action events.
• Perform month-end NAV reconciliation against Fund Administrator’s record.
• Coordinating between the portfolio managers/traders and outside counterparties to resolve any issues that may occur.
• Directly involve in audit planning, preparation of annual audited financial statements.
• Assist with new fund launching.
• Assist in ad-hoc project.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines, CPA qualification would be a plus.
• Candidates with 1 - 3 working experience in hedge fund operations / fund administration industry would be preferred. Fresh graduates will also be considered.
• Knowledge in front-to-back trade processing flow and settlement cycle.
• Knowledge in PMS/ OMS system is a plus, e.g. Enfusion.
• Product knowledge in cash equities, equity swaps, CFD, equity derivatives and fixed income products.
• Self-motivated, be able to work in a team and have ability to work under pressure and resolve issues.
• Fluent in English, Putonghua and Cantonese.
• Experienced candidate will be considered as Senior Operations Analyst.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
