Job Description
- Formulates and executes product management strategies and marketing Initiatives to drive the growth of retail deposit
- Monitors and analyses the data and trend of products and services for developing sales management and marketing plan, formulating marketing strategies and promotion campaigns to meet customers’ needs
- Monitors Retail Banking deposit portfolio (Including total balance, tenor, interest rate, composition, NIM) and deploy measures to improve overall performance
- Conceptualises, researches, plans, develops and Introduces new deposit products and services
- Coordinate with other departments on different projects; Handle ad hoe projects assigned by management
- Degree of above with major in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related disciplines
- At least 2 years relevant experience and 4 years experience in retail banking.
- Know ledge of Retail Banking products/services; Good Interpersonal and communication skills
- Independent, able to work under pressure and sensitive to market changes,
- Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese, Including Putonghua
