Our Client:
A scaleup FinTech company specialized in payment solutions for FX & cross-border payment. They are looking for a Client Partnership Associate to join their fast-growing team in Hong Kong. This is a new headcount in the HK office who will get the chance to build his/ her career in payment industry.
Your role:
Your role:
- Coordinate with the business development and partnership team, to liaise with corporate clients from referrals
- Build the company's brand and develop a pipeline of accounts
- Assist the clients during onboarding; Cooperate closely with internal stakeholders from different countries
Requirements:
- 1-2 years+ experience in client facing or customer servicing role
- Fluency in English required with Cantonese and/ or Mandarin is an advantage
- Fast learner who is highly motivated, self-driven and enjoy fast-paced environment
- Fresh graduate with relevant internship or part-time experience are welcome
