What You'll Do

· Development of regional consulting methodology as to service clients across various industries in Asia focusing on Affinity type of business in general.

· Responsible for development and management of analytics and reporting for the Asia Affinity Regional Office across all markets in Asia (both internal reporting and analytics consulting to clients).

· Support local markets to develop and build strategic analytics capabilities.

· Support the regional management in continuously developing and enhancing the value proposition for the Asia Affinity Regional Office.

· Oversee budget reporting, monthly reporting consolidation (including one-off reports) and analytics support.

· Support all client acquisition and retention development from an analytics, reporting and business metric modelling development perspective.

· Prepare content for client stewardship meetings to show program performance and project development.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor degree holder or above in business, finance or any relevant discipline

· At least 5+ years of relevant work experience working in fields touching analytics, data processing, project management and consulting.

· Insurance industry exposure is a plus.

· Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.

· Strong ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing – in English.

· Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities.

· Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines with can-do attitude.
