Functional Management

• Handling Debt restructure program process and ensure continuous improvement on the customer offering for distressed customers.
• Handling of specialised lending portfolio to drive recoveries from the portfolio while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Coordinating complaints management for the collection team.

Processes, Operations and Governance  

• Assisting on governance review of External Agencies to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreement and terms of contracts.
• Periodic review of process documents related to Debt restructure program through engagement of stakeholders on evolving customer needs.

Tools and Technology

• Champion and be part of continuous process improvements, up skill collection techniques and upgrade collection tools within your role.

Job requirements  

• At least 2 years of banking experience in the areas of Risk/Client Care/Collections
• Customer Facing experience is preferable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point.
• Good communication, analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to Manage multiple concurrent activities.
