Responsibilities

• Lead the teammates to manage all marketing activities relating to corporate communications, both internal and external
• Formulate and review relevant policies, guidelines and communication programmes for the Bank Group
• Plan, co-ordinate and implement media activities to support marketing campaigns and business growth of the Bank Group
• Handle all matters arising from the media relations and review replies prepared by business/ operation units
• Address all management issue and crisis management and handle customer complaints referred by media
• In charge of awards pitching to uplift corporate branding
• Strengthen the corporate image and brand-building of the Bank in the market as well as in the community

Requirements

• University graduate with major in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline
• Minimum 15 years’ solid experience in corporate/ marketing communications or public relations management either in-house or with agency, preferably gained from banking and finance industry
• Familiar with media operations with strong media networking,
• Solid experience in pitching awards for the bank
• Solid crisis/ issue management experience
• Systematic and analytical, able to present complicated messages in precise and concise way
• Sensible with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
