Responsibilities:

• Assist senior management in the formulation of business / management / regional strategies
• Develop innovative methods to establish & achieve company goals
• Work with the internal departments and external parties to execute bank-wide strategies and conduct performance monitoring
• Conduct and implement bank-wide projects and regional development projects
• Conduct business data, financial analysis and banking research
• Prepare in-depth analysis reports and recommendations to the management Liaise with

Requirements:

• University graduate major in Business Administration / Marketing / Economics /Finance
• 5/ 3 /1 year experience in financial services
• Good communication and analytical skill, self-initiative, able to work under pressure
• Good banking business sense with strong entrepreneurial mind
• Well-versed with Office applications
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Excellent Chinese and English writing skill
• Experience in project management, ESG, Fintech, regional management or M&A is a plus
