Exciting Opportunity to join a leading Commercial Bank covering Private Equity FoFs and Investment Strategies.

Company Profile

Our client is a top tier commercial bank that provides various financial services to individuals and corporations. Due to expansion, they are now seeking an AVP to cover private equity and investment strategies with various GPs.

Exciting new role for you

You will be responsible for evaluating a range of investment opportunities within the market and developing high level investment recommendations for potential opportunities. You will also be building relationships with existing and new GPs. Market research will also be carried out within the role.

Requirements

·       3+ years in private equity related investment, equity research, asset management, consulting, investment advisor or family office

•        Strong research, financial modelling, analytical and valuation skills
•        Relevant experience in private equity firm will be considered with priority
•        MBA or equivalent is considered an asset
•        CFA, CAIA, CPA, CA designation is considered an asset
•        Superior interpersonal skills, strong communication skills (oral and written) as well as presentation skills
•        Professionalism, integrity and strong sense of responsibility
•        Flexibility, adaptability to Japanese culture, initiative and creativity
•        Ability to meet tight deadlines and work well under pressure
•        Team player who is used to working in high performance culture
•        Willingness to travel is a must
•        Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
