• Connect with business partners to provide operational accounting as well as core banking system process streamlining solutions
• Improve of internal and external customer experience through operation process redesign, manage banking system development and enhance accounting and bank operation aspects
• Coordinate with different project stakeholders to gather user requirements
• Liaise with vendor/ ITD to ensure Core Banking System and Legacy System meet the relevant requirements of operational accounting and bank operation
• Liaise with all system users and vendors to prepare functional user requirements, develop test plan, prepare test cases as well as UAT
• Assist in resolving operational accounting issues arising from various banking systems
• Provide guidance and coaching to junior team members 

• Bachelor Degree or above
• Over 5 years relevant experience 
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Proficient in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
