• To source and develop new Treasury products to grow its business sales volume
• To tailor-made Treasury Products for corporate customers
• To provide training of Treasury products to frontline sales and promote respective solutions to customers.
• To perform Correspondent Banks' Risk Assessment Form review.
• To assist the Department Head to review credit applications to ensure compliance with internal credit policy and guidelines.
• To perform independent checking and monitoring of Key Risk Indicators, Control Self-Assessments.
• To conduct operational risk control measures and, audit & compliance monitoring for the Division.
• To streamline and improve operation flows to increase productivities.
• To handle ad hoc projects as required.

• University graduate or above in Finance or Economics
• 5 years or above relevant experience with strong quantitative skills in which minimum 3 years of experience in wide range of Treasury Products structuring
• Exceptional knowledge of option pricings and derivative products
• Excellent analytical & lateral thinking skills
• Excellent written and oral language skills
• Possesses certification on the Enhanced Competency Framework on Treasury Management
• HKIB member with Associate Operational Risk Management Professional (AORP) / Associate AML Professional (AAMLP) is an advantage
• Good communication and people management skills
