Job Description
- Manage and support for Mobile and Internet Banking Services
- Keep abreast of the latest digital banking technology and market trend, translate into actionable items to drive business result
- documentation, conduct UAT user acceptance test, arrange necessary logistics with different stakeholders, and provide user training and quality check
- Ensure digital banking services provided in line with relevant rules and regulations
- Handle ad hoc duties and assignments as required
- University graduate in e-Commerce, Business Administration or equivalent
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Putonghua
