Company Description 

Our client, a well-regarded international asset manager, is seeking a Client Servicing Manager. Reporting to the Head of Client Servicing, the successful candidate will be responsible for all clients’ servicing needs for both institutional and intermediary businesses. 

Responsibilities 

• Provide on-going client services for both institutional and wholesale clients, and act as their main point of contact for client inquires  
• Assist sales team to organize client meetings / to coordinate client events 
• Ensure timely and accurate client reporting, and coordinate ad hoc reporting when required  
• Provide reporting support to distributors  
• Manage account opening and client on-boarding process, and work closely with various departments, including operations / compliance etc  
• Conduct due diligence exercise on new and existing clients, including on-going KYC follow-up  
• Prepare presentation materials for client portfolio review meetings  
• Work with RFP team to complete RFP / RFIs / DDQs 

Requirements 

• University graduate with degree in Business Administrations / Finance / Marketing / related discipline  
• Relevant 5 years of investment funds industry experience, preferably in a diverse cultural environment. Candidates from pension / MPF business will be considered  
• Excellent written, verbal communication and proofreading skills in English and Chinese 
• Solid knowledge in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint  
• Self-motivated and flexible to manage multiple tasks and deadlines  
• Detail-oriented and strong skills in data research  
• Able to interact effectively with senior management both internally and externally
