Job Description
Our Client, a PRC background Multi - Family Office with SFC 1,2,4,5,9 licenses located in Admiralty, is looking for a Senior Risk Manager to cope with their fast expansion. The incumbent will in charge the Risk Department, reports to the CEO.
Responsibilities:
- To cover risk management related issues for securities, futures, OTC products, fund investments and asset management departments;
- In charge of all risks related activities, including but not limited to investment, margin financing, liquidity and business risks;
- To improve and enforce the risk management policies and procedures; making sure all internal control policies and business activities procedures are complied with the HKSFC codes and guidelines;
- To assist in fund products set up and related matters;
Requirement:
- Degree holder or above with finance related majors preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience from HK financial institution
- Excellent problem solving, communication skills and people skills;
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese;
- Candidates with less experience will be consider as Risk Manager.
