Responsibilities

• Handle daily authorization request and back up customer service function
• Handle incoming enquiry calls and fraud alert cases
• Handle lost or stolen card
• Monitor and evaluate irregular account activities
• Confirm suspected fraudulent transaction with cardholder
• Handle emergency card replacement and cash advance request from overseas
• Block the problem account with special handling upon request
• Back up of customer service hotline

Requirements

• Form 5 / DSE graduate or above
• 4-5 years relevant working experience in consumer finance / retail banking industry, preferably in credit card products
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Willing to perform shift duty
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese / English word processing
