Responsibilities

• Reporting to Head of Operations, Operations Manager supports general banking services such as individual account opening, account maintenance, remittance and reconciliation
• Develop and execute operations standard and process for banking operations team
• Monitor the smoothness of transaction execution and exceptional cases handling
• Participate and support business, bank-wide and market initiatives/projects
• Coordinate with other operation teams and other stakeholders regarding the responsible service/operation enhancement, projects and process automation
• Support new product/service development and respective UAT
• Prepare MIS reports, management and regulatory reports

• A university degree or above in Business Administrative / Mathematics / Finance or other relevant disciplines
• At least 5 years banking operations experiences with banking operations experience is a must
• Familiar with banking products and operation procedures
• Experience in handling individual customer due diligence (KYC) is definitely an advantage
• Understand regulatory requirements to ensure compliance with standards
• Strong interpersonal skill, self-driven with strong sense of responsibility and capability to work independently
• Proficient in written, spoken English and Chinese. Fluent in Mandarin speaking is necessary.
