Our client is a leading multi-strategy financial group and currently looking for a Fund Operation Manager (PE Fund | Big 4 Welcome | Attractive Package) in Hong Kong office to cope with their business expansion plan. 

Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate the preparation capital call and distribution notices, as well as capital account statements to investors
• Work closely with third party service providers such as external valuer, auditors, administrators, transfer agents and custodians
• Improve investor reporting protocol and format
• Enhance internal control and process improvements
• Highly involve in the investments of our private funds
• Conduct post investment management for investment portfolios
• Assist in investment execution during the investment and exit process for our private funds
• Validate investment valuation performed by investment team
• Provide investment support to PE/RE SF including listed position and consolidated investment list updates
• Timely update/verification of details in MIS and ensure PE/FoF/Listed Stock/Performance & Management Fee Calculation
• Prepare business analysis and implementation plan, including but not limited to budget and revenue and cost analysis
• Evaluate internal and external business aspects to generate new ideas and formulate business strategies
• Collaborate with relevant parties and conduct cost-effective campaigns/programs to ensure the business objectives can be achieved and examine the effectiveness for continuous improvement
• Develop policy/process to ensure manager’s expenses are allocated accurately among our different fund products/ vehicles/ investor types
• Ensure operation controls are in place and operate effectively

Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant with formal training from audit firm
• 5+ years commercial experience gained from asset management or fund administration firms
• Experience in fund operations and investment reporting
• Willing to accept challenges and changes within a fast pace environment
• Take ownership and responsibility and to be able to multi-task with minimal supervision
• Advanced Excel knowledge required, VBA and / or other programming languages would be an advantage
