about the company
Our client is a leading buy-side financial services firm with 10 years of history. They are looking for an Investment Operations VP to support their business in investment related reporting and operational tasks.
about the job
- Responsible for investment performance report, conduct impairment assessment on a monthly basis
- Prepare monthly SAA (Strategic Asset Allocation) material for meeting with shareholders
- Handle board meeting materials based on portfolio characteristic on quarterly basis
- Prepare reporting materials related to rating agencies (Moody's, AM Best, etc)
- Account opening and annual / regular KYC with brokers and fund managers
- Compliance tracking based on investment policy, corporate action and watch/sanction list
skills & experiences required
- Bachelor's degree in Investment related disciplines
- Minimum 8-10 years of relevant working experience
- Ability to adapt to the requirements of a fast developing company
- Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin is a must
- Smart and presentable with strong business acumen
