RESPONSIBILITIES

-          Support Hong Kong and cross-border collaborative business development, assist in the production of various types of materials such as investment proposals, strategy reports, and due diligence reports;

-          Support the customer service of both institutional and retail clients, be responsible for middle-office work such as account opening, periodical reports, as well as fast respondence to client inquiries;

-          Participate in various marketing promotion and event planning, collect data, prepare marketing materials and carry out market research.

-          Initiates and follows up on new business opportunities.

-          Leverages the organization’s relationship with existing clients by developing and executing proactive, creative, and ongoing contact initiatives.

 REQUIREMENTS

-          Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, or related disciplines

-          Over 5 years experience in sales, client relationship or business development in Securities and Futures Brokerage firm.

-          Familiar with Global Securities and Futures markets (Especially PRC market) , OTC Derivatives and Exchange Traded Products preferred.

-          Knowledge of QFII (Qualified Foreign Institutional Investor) is highly valued. Hands-on experience of QFII business development and/or operations receives bonus credit.

-          Holder of SFC License Type 1 & 2 regulated activity preferred.

-          Knowledge of KYC, AML and FATCA are preferred.

-          Fluent in both written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English.

-          To be patience, willing to learn, detail-minded, initiative and teamwork concept.
