Job Description

Our client is a leading Insurance Company that offers a wide range of Life & General Insurance and Investment Solutions for their clients. Due to the recent digital transformation initiative, a new opportunity has arisen for an independent programme management professional to join the team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the programme with the support from Business and IT Management and Delivery Team including planning and designing the programme; monitoring the overall process, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action
  • Lead the team to maintain the company’s projects in various areas and of different natures to meet project timeframe, budget and user expectation
  • Manage the Business Analysts to provide business analysis and consulting services to users
  • Coordinate the team as a solution architect and deliver quality project documentation
  • Work closely with wide spectrum of stakeholders and partners, including business users, operations, customer experience, marketing, compliance, legal; to  kick off meetings, regular check point meetings, enable effective programme and project governance and etc.
  • Perform ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor

Key Requirements:

  • A university graduate in IT / Management / Finance is preferred
  • Minimum of 8 years' relevant experience in programme or project management/ change management/ system enhancement/ business transformation
  • Proven experience delivering complex, large scale transformation projects or programmes in financial institution is preferred, working experience in Insurance institution would be an advantage
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
  • Strong project management, people management, communication and analytical skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and a committed team player
