Our client is a Global Private Bank in Hong Kong. If you have relevant experience and would like to advance your career in a promising company, please apply the following: 

Responsibilities:

• To provide legal support to the Bank’s private banking business & products, including credit related transactions, property mortgage, insurance premium financing, investment products, etc.
• To perform a wide variety of legal ground work, including reviewing and drafting of all types of agreements and commercial contracts such as client account opening documents, credit documentation and referral agreement
• To review, negotiate and draft documentation in relation to investment product and/or distribution documentation
• To participate in projects as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years post qualification experience in Financial Services with private banking experience
• A HK qualified lawyer or sufficient experience in supporting the legal needs of a financial institution in Hong Kong with working knowledge of HK financial services framework
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Strong communications skills and negotiation skills
