Responsibilities:

• Handle Customer enquiries and provide insurance product sales which fits customer needs
• Support the bank's initiatives when necessary
• Ensure that the selling process is in compliance with all Bank policy and any external regulatories.

Requirements:

• Minimum two years of sales experience, preferably in medical and life insurance
• Willing to provide quality customer service and have good communication skills on the phone
• Diploma or Degree Holder; Form 5 and DSE Graduates with relevant working experience will be considered
• Passes in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations (IIQE) Paper 1, 2 and 3 an advantage
