At COSCO SHIPPING Development Shipping Leasing Division, our offices locate in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Tianjin and Hainan.

The Shipping Leasing Division operates and manages 180 ships, 70 large-scale transportation assets, the fleet size exceeds 15 million deadweight tons, and the asset size is about 41 billion yuan.

We are looking for a highly qualified professional to join our team as a Finance Leasing Project Manager.

Responsibilities :

1.Market exploring/developing, follow-up and maintain relationship with existing customers
2.Conduct business negotiation with customers, due diligence and reports
3.Contract negotiation
4.Market information collection and complete other tasks assigned by the superior
5.Business travel, meeting oversea clients

Requirements :
1.Bachelor degree or above in shipping, finance or other related majors, minimum 3-5 years working experience in ship financial leasing, shipowner, shipbroking, shipping insurance, shipping law or finance institution etc.

2.Market developing and social communication ability, as well as learning ability, adaptability, sense of responsibility, strong ability to work under pressure

3.Good oral English skill, able to skillfully communicate with customers and business negotiation in English.

4.Proficient in MS Office and Chinese writing processing.

5.Desire for long-term development in Hong Kong

我們目前正在尋找一位高素質的專業人士加入我們的團隊，擔任融資租賃項目經理。
崗位職責
1.開拓市場，開發客戶及客戶關係維護
2.與客戶進行商務談判，進行盡職調查及撰寫報告
3.合同談判
4.搜集、瞭解市場相關資訊，完成上級交辦的其他任務
5.往世界各地出差，會見客戶

基本要求
1..航運、金融等相關專業，本科或以上學歷，最少3-5年船舶融資租賃、航運公司、航運經紀、航運保險、法律或金融機構等相關工作經驗
2.具備一定的市場開發與社會交往能力，以及優秀的學習能力、適應能力，責任心強，抗壓能力強
3.具備較好的英文口語能力，能熟練使用英文與客戶進行溝通及業務洽談
4.良好的中文寫作技巧，熟練使用office軟體
5.有長期在香港發展的願望
