Job Duties :

• Liaise with custodian, brokers and banks and assist with  account opening and maintenance;
• Prepare client reports and handle enquiries;
• Participate in sorting documents for internal and external audit purpose;
• Perform reconciliation and valuation on different product;
• Monitor trade settlement;
• Assist in ad hoc projects.

 Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree or above in financial-related disciplines, majoring in Accounting is preferred;
• Fresh graduates with less than 3 years working experience are welcome;
• Highly detail-oriented, strong ability to analyze / interpret information and data;
• Excellent in written and spoken Mandarin, Cantonese and English;
• Able to work independently under pressure;
• Good team player, self-disciplined.
