Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide compliance advisory to business units regarding regulatory compliance issues on wealth management products/services, including policies and procedures, compliance manuals, new products and business propositions
- Participate in compliance-related projects, initiatives and system launch / enhancement
- Assist in driving initiatives for Fintech and Private Wealth Management businesses
- Review policies and procedures, compliance manuals etc. in accordance with the local laws and regulations, the market practices and the actual circumstances of the group
- Degree holder or above in Business, Law, Banking and Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
- At least 5-8 years' experience in regulatory compliance, preferably in PWM, private banking or regulatory bodies,
- Sound knowledge in investment and or insurance products, regulatory requirements and the market practices
- Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with flexibility and adaptability to changes
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
