We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Business Finance Manager - CMB ASP.

Principal Responsibilities

• Critical team member of the Regional Commercial Banking Business Finance supporting Global Trade and Receivable Finance (GTRF), Client Coverage and Lending for Asia Pacific (ASP), covering all aspects of business finance deliverables including reporting, forecasting, Annual Operating Plan and strategic analysis for senior management
• Business partnering with the Regional CMB and GB business team to deliver sound financial advice on lending business performance and forecasting to drive business growth and returns while optimizing capital consumption and keep strong cost control
• Drive the development and delivery of financial analysis models/forecasts and strategic business analysis to support business performance tracking and decision making
• Work with large volume of data to prepare analysis and presentations, assess the impact of the analysis, identify conclusions, opportunities and risks, and make appropriate recommendations
• Be a catalyst for change to implement business and finance directives, including the Finance Digital agenda
• Drive change and projects through effective communication and influencing skills.   The ability to work well and get buy in from others is critical
• Take personal responsibility and invest time to develop and work effectively with team members in India
• Supports the International Markets GTRF business leadership team to provide finance support and recommendations as required to help the business achieve FRP and strategic goals
• Close tracking and analysis of GTRF and Client Coverage cost saving initiatives 
• Key Performance Indicator’s and management information required to support Asia Pacific GTRF and ASP CMB Lending with particular focus on developing and maintaining key drivers and indicators

Requirements

• Relevant business finance background preferably with commercial banking or global banking experience. Cost Analysis and RWA experience is a plus
• Significant experience in financial analysis, modelling/forecasting and relevant Finance and Bank systems
• Advanced excel skills are a must.  Digital skills in dashboard development on Qliksense and/or Tableau is a plus
• Energetic self-starter who is hands on and with proven communication (verbal and written), interpersonal and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, statistics, business management, related field or equivalent experience
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast changing, results-driven environment
• Commercially minded and customer focused with exceptional drive and commitment
