Job Description

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage and monitor problem corporate loans portfolio and formulate action plan to maximize financial recovery
  • Ensure appropriate and updated risk rating is provided for non-performing loans
  • Advise and coordinate on collection/litigation/bankruptcy cases
  • Negotiate with customers and manage foreclose actions
  • Compile reports on special assets
  • Some travel to Mainland China may be required
Job Requirements
  • University graduate
  • Minimum 8 years banking experience, at least 5 years of experience in commercial lending, credit or debt recovery function
  • Good knowledge of banking products and services and banking regulations
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Good command of Chinese and English with knowledge of Putonghua
  • Less experienced candidates will be considered for Manager/Senior Manager position
