Job Description
- Manage and monitor problem corporate loans portfolio and formulate action plan to maximize financial recovery
- Ensure appropriate and updated risk rating is provided for non-performing loans
- Advise and coordinate on collection/litigation/bankruptcy cases
- Negotiate with customers and manage foreclose actions
- Compile reports on special assets
- Some travel to Mainland China may be required
- University graduate
- Minimum 8 years banking experience, at least 5 years of experience in commercial lending, credit or debt recovery function
- Good knowledge of banking products and services and banking regulations
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Good command of Chinese and English with knowledge of Putonghua
- Less experienced candidates will be considered for Manager/Senior Manager position
