Head & Shoulders Financial Group is seeking a candidate for the following position:

Job Description

• Deal Screening and Industry/ Sector Research - collects and summarizes relevant data and information in the current PRC project
• Prepare financial analysis reports, provide recommendations and evaluate business decisions with management;
• Conduct company visits, site visits, and channel checks on covered companies
• Formulating recommendations and execution plans for business units
• Supports due diligence execution and production of internal investment documents as well as external presentation materials
• Actively monitor the ongoing performance of the assets and portfolio companies
• Cooperate with senior members in business development and relationship maintenance
• Handle ad hoc projects as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Sales & Marketing, Management, Finance, Economics or any relevant disciplines.
• 3 years relevant experience
• Solid domain knowledge and investment management experience in PRC Market.
• Experience in handling Asian institutional clients, especially in PRC Market
• Detail-oriented and ability to manage multiple priorities to accomplish assigned initiatives simultaneously under a tight timeline
• Strong presentation & communication skills, able to articulate and drive discussion across business functions and stakeholders.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese), prefer Mandarin native speaker.
