The successful candidate will work with cross functional teams throughout all aspects of the trade (including Open Account Trade) products lifecycle including gathering customer requirements, creating and validating use-cases, verifying product functionality, facilitating sales and deployments and sustaining ongoing customer satisfaction.

• Formulate strategies to promote the products' market potential in HK for large corporates and SMEs
• Understanding customer needs and translating them into innovative solutions that exceed expectations and drive superior results
• Manages products from end to end, including its documentation, marketing and all aspects of the product lifecycle - from conception of the idea, commercialisation phase, to ongoing profit and loss management

• Drive the development of new product initiative and join in project meetings with other stakeholders (such as Risk, Technology and Operations partners)
• Collect feedback from customers/relationship managers on product features, market trends and translate them into new product initiatives
• Explore new business opportunities by gathering market data and analysing customers' transaction data
• Train sales managers/relationship managers on newly launched products, product update, promotions, quick tips and success stories sharing
• Closely monitor the product offering and ensure they comply with regulatory requirement and internal guidelines

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with prior working experience
• Proficiency in Trade and Open Account Trade product, risk and controls concepts
• Good communication, interpersonal skills and analytical skills
• Able to build and manage effective partnerships
