Responsibilities:

* Handle mortgage/loan referral applications and enquiries;

* Facilitate coordination with banking partners, customers and property agents for business acquisition opportunities;

* Advise customers of the most suitable mortgage plans as per their needs;

* Participate in tactical promotion activities

Requirements:

* DSE Graduate / F.7 or above;

* 1 year working experience in banking or mortgage referral industry is preferred; 

* Sales / Customer Service experience in mortgage/ loan service is preferable;

* Self-motivated, independent and service centric;

* Good interpersonal & communications skills;

* Proficiency in Chinese, English and Putonghua;

* Familiar with MS Office applications;

* Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Mortgage Referral Executive
