Our client is a reputable PERE and they are now looking for an experience Senior Finance Manager covering China portfolio.

- Prepare monthly and yearly management reporting for real estate fund in the company and consolidation level. Review the monthly management accounts prepared by service provider and onshore teams
- Prepare financial reporting and manage the audit process for China partnership
- Perform financial due diligence and tax due diligence process as well as other duties to support internal procedures for capital call
- Prepare and monitor on debt & treasury management for China partnership and support in acquisition and disposition of the portfolio
- Ad hoc project as required
- Degree or above with major in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines with Professional qualification HKICPA, AICPA and ACCA, and minimum 10 years' work experience
- Big 4 and relevant property finance with China exposure is a must
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to meet tide deadline and work under pressure
- High proficiency of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
