Job Description
Our client is a PRCSecurities Brokerage. To cope with the rapid business expansion, they are now inviting high caliber candidates to join the team
AVP, Compliance - Invesment Banking / Corporate Finance -PRC Securities Brokerage
Responsibilities:
- To provide compliance advice to different corporate finance business unites and assist the compliance team to implement policies and procedures to ensure business activities comply with the rules and regulations. Can work independently.
- Provide Compliance Advisor function and support control room, including supervise clearance for research reports, marketing and roadshow materials and other research products etc.
Requirements:
- Degree holder
- Have over 6 years’ experience in providing compliance & regulatory advices to corporate finance businesses, covering IPO, ECM, DCM, M&A, Compliance Advisor and other Listing Rules/Takeover Code related transactions & capital raising activities.
- Have experience handling regulators inspection and enquiries will be preferred.
- Good commend of written and spoken Putonghua
