Responsibilities:

• Design, prepare and compile credit-related portfolio management report for management, internal and external stakeholders
• Control and monitor risk limits for complying with Internal/Head Office/Regulatory requirements.
• Implement credit related projects, e.g. portfolio review, credit risk system enhancement, etc.
• Provide user requirements and perform user acceptance tests for new systems
• Respond to business units’ inquiries on credit-related issue, i.e. MIS reporting, Risk Limit etc
• To help for system operations (maker and checker)
• Perform adhoc assignment

Requirements

• University graduate in Computer Science, Risk Management, Finance, Economics, Accounting or related disciplines.
• Relevant experience in the banking industry, preferably in the commercial credit risk management area
• Familiar with regulatory requirements and banking practices on credit risk management is preferable.
• Familiar with a wide range of banking systems, ideally covering commercial, consumer banking and treasury businesses.
• Strong statistical, analytical, technical, and problem solving skills. 
• Proficient in PC applications, including Microsoft Excel, Word , Access and also data warehouse management.  Hands-on experience in BI tools including SQL, Excel VBA and Macro is a plus.
• A good understanding of business and credit MIS requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Able to work independently
• Able to meet tight deadlines
